Warrnambool is centrally located in the heart of the notorious Shipwreck Coast, it is well placed as a base from where to explore the wonders of the Great Ocean Road and surrounding district. The B&B
The AAA 4 Star rated environmentally friendly, Accredited bed and breakfast offers guests a choice of four en-suite rooms radiating from a large guest living area that contains a comfortable lounge, kitchenette and dining area. Bedrooms are individually furnished and decorated to delight different tastes and needs, offering the choice of queen size, double beds or twin share. The Cottage
The attractive AAA 3.5 Star three bedroom country cottage with corner spa, standing in its own grounds beside Burnbrow Manor also provides exclusive PET FRIENDLY holiday accommodation. The popular cottage is able to offer a diverse range of accommodation options for families and/or groups accommodating from 2 – 10 persons. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, microwave, gas stove and full size refrigerator, laundry and two bathrooms. Pets are welcome only by prior arrangement. Breakfast is available for an additional charge.
Both are within walking distance of the Premier Speedway, home of the Grand Annual Sprint Car Classic, a short drive to Logan’s Beach Whale Nursery and icons along the Great Ocean Road.

From Melbourne or Geelong, Take the Princes Highway to Geelong.
For the scenic route to explore the Great Ocean Road
take the Surf Coast Highway to Torquay, to the start of the Great Ocean Road. It is 350 kms or approximately 5.5 hours of breathtaking scenery!
At the end of the Great Ocean Road, you rejoin the Princes Highway. Turn left and proceed another 1.5 kms to Burnbrow Manor in Allansford. You'll find us on the left at the intersection of Princes Highway and Garibaldi Lane. You can't miss our signs!
For the more direct route
continue from Geelong on the Princes Highway, through Colac, and straight on to us. That will be a trip of 250 kms and should take you approximately 3.5 hours.
From Adelaide or the West, For the scenic route
take the Princes Highway all the way from Adelaide, through Mt. Gambier and Portland to Warrnambool.
Drive another 15 kms to Allansford where you'll find us on the right at the intersection of Princes Highway and Garibaldi Lane. We're just past the Premier Speedway (on the right) where the road changes into a single lane highway. This will be a trip of 650 kms and should take you approximately 7.5 hours.
For the more direct route
Take the Princes Highway to Tailem Bend.
Take the Dukes Highway to Penola.
Take the Hamilton Highway through Hamilton and Penshurst.
Take the Hamilton Road to Warrnambool.
Take the Princes Highway to Allansford.
This will be a trip of 600 kms and should take you approximately 7.0 hours.
