Because the sport is a great skill developer, demanding quick reflexes, fast thinking, and pinpoint passing, it is an exciting game for children as well as adults.

This year Warrnambool plays host to the Fustal Championships in July. Participants, their families and spectators alike will stay and play in Warrnambool.
Football Federation Victoria invites schools and clubs to compete in Victoria’s premier Futsal events. State coaches will be present, forming part of the Futsal State team talent identification process.
Games are usually fast-paced, with players receiving more touches and are constantly placed in demanding decision making, limited space situations that they would face on a greatly reduced scale playing 11-a side outdoor soccer. Because the sport is a great skill developer, demanding quick reflexes, fast thinking, and pinpoint passing, it is an exciting game for children as well as adults.
This event is being held at the ARC Warrnambool Stadium, Caramut Road, Warrnambool.
The 2009 Club Championships will be held in Warrnambool and is open to all teams participating in Futsal competitions across Victoria.
